After a decade of relative dormancy, the Trinidad brand, owned by Altadis U.S.A., has been revitalized under the guidance of Rafael Nodal, the company's head of product capability. Nodal, known for spearheading innovative projects, teamed up with renowned Dominican cigarmaker and tobacco cultivator José "Jochy" Blanco to create a new blend that would reawaken the brand. The Trinidad Santiago, crafted with all-Dominican tobaccos grown by Blanco, is a lively and dynamic blend. The Belicoso format of this release is characterized by a rich, complex flavor profile featuring notes of earth, coffee, and licorice, which gradually give way to a smooth, honeyed, and woody finish, proving to be a thoroughly engaging smoking experience that remains captivating throughout.
