A key aspect of his new approach involves employing cigar rollers who are also avid cigar enthusiasts, as he believes this enhances the overall quality of the final product. "By having tabaqueros who are themselves cigar smokers, we ensure they possess a deep understanding of the product's usage," Seijas explains, highlighting the significance of this insight in maintaining rigorous quality control.
