The Eladio Díaz 70 Aniversario was created to celebrate the legendary blender's 70th birthday. After 35 years at Davidoff, Eladio Díaz left the company in 2021 to establish Tabacalera Díaz Cabrera, his own factory in the Dominican Republic. His name first gained international recognition in 2014, when it appeared on the band of the iconic Davidoff Oro Blanco, one of the world's most exclusive cigars. Presented in a Churchill Extra vitola, it measures 7" × 52 and features an Ecuadorian wrapper, a Mexican binder, and a blend of Dominican fillers. Production is limited to 1,400 boxes of 14 cigars, for a total of 19,600 cigars, with an MSRP of $19.95 per cigar. As the first cigar to bear Eladio Díaz's own name, it marks the beginning of a new chapter for one of the most respected master blenders in the premium cigar industry.
